First appears in  US pricelist for  Jan 1988. Models listed there are -
XA1430BUP (Burgundy Pearl), CR (Candy Red) and SBL (Sky Blue) all with H/S/S pickups, oiled necks, bound bodies and Bendmaster Dlx trem. Priced at $449
