This wiring diagram is taken from
a 1981 Paduak I
The pots are 500K log/audio, the tone capacitor is 22nF Mylar. Both switches are DPDT. An SPDT switch can be used for the coil tap, it does not need a DPDT switch.. The battery negative (Black) wire connects to the switched terminal on the jack socket. Pickup impedance is 11.62K (Humbucker), 5.74K when coil tapped.
